Exchange Policy

At Kanthakala, We want you to shop with confidence and peace of mind. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, our exchange process is here to help.


✅ Conditions for Exchange:
  1. Items that arrive damaged, defective, or broken are eligible.

  2. Requests for exchange must be made within 2 days of receiving your item in case the product is damaged.

  3. It is compulsory to record a video while opening your parcel as proof of its condition. Without an unboxing video, claims for damaged or defective products will not be accepted.

      Include your order number and reason for Exchange.

  2. Customers must arrange the return shipment through their preferred courier service.
    We recommend India Speed Post for reliable return shipping.

  3. Returns are to be shipped at the customer’s expense to our return address.
    Only the product cost will be refunded. Forward and reverse shipping charges are non-refundable.

  4. Exchange charges of ₹100 will be applicable.
  5. Deduct up to ₹150 for forward shipping charges from the refund, amount varies by weight and shipment.

  6. Reverse pickup by Kudbi incurs a charge of ₹150-₹250. Price varies based on weight and shipment amount.

⚠️ Important Guidelines:
  • Requests beyond the 2-day return window will not be accepted.

  • Stitched or customized products are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • After approval, customers must share the return tracking ID within 2 working days.

  • Please return the item in its original packaging, including all tags and bags, for proper identification.

  • Returns/refunds will not be processed after 2 working days of return request approval. Only exchanges will be considered beyond this point.

  • Prepaid orders do not include forward shipping costs. In case of return, both forward and reverse shipping charges will be deducted.

  • For orders with multiple items, only one item will be accepted for return or refund.


💸 Refund Process:
  1. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we’ll initiate your refund within 7 working days.

  2. Refunds will be processed via UPI or NEFT.
    Kindly include your bank details (Account Number, IFSC code) and order slip inside the return package.
