2. Pricing & Availability

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without prior notice.
Product availability is not guaranteed and may be subject to stock levels. If an item is out of stock or unavailable, we will inform you within 5 working days of your order.

3. Order Acceptance & Cancellations

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled or modified by the customer.
In rare cases where cancellation is accepted by Kanthakala, a deduction may be applied for transaction fees (e.g., payment gateway, exchange rate fluctuations).
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to pricing errors or other unforeseen issues, even if the payment has been processed. In such cases, the amount will be refunded.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We strive to dispatch and deliver orders on time. However, delivery timelines may vary due to factors beyond our control such as courier delays, weather, or public holidays.
In case of incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer, any additional delivery or re-shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
We may ship your order in multiple packages depending on availability.

5. Non-Delivery & Re-Delivery

If a delivery fails due to customer-related reasons (e.g., incorrect address, unavailability), the re-delivery cost will be charged to the customer.
Kanthakala is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, natural calamities, strikes, or other events outside our control.

6. Product Returns

Complaints or return requests must be raised within 2 days of delivery. We will not entertain any issues reported after this period.

7. Customer Responsibility

By placing an order, the user confirms that they are at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent or guardian.
Customers must provide accurate and true information during registration and checkout. Kanthakala reserves the right to verify the information and cancel registrations or orders if found misleading or false.

8. Fraudulent Activity

Kanthakala is not liable for any credit/debit card fraud. The responsibility lies with the user to use only their own payment credentials.
