We aim to deliver your favorite Kanthakala pieces safely and on time. Please review our shipping policy to understand how we handle deliveries, timelines, and important shipping guidelines.


📦 Shipping Charges
  1. Shipping costs are calculated per product and will be clearly displayed at checkout.

  2. Domestic (India) Orders: A flat ₹100 per product shipping fee applies.


⏱️ Shipping Timeline
  1. Domestic Delivery:

    • Estimated delivery time is 5–7 business days for major metro cities in India.

    • For other locations, delivery may take 8–10 business days from the time the order is confirmed.


⚠️ Delivery Delays
  1. All shipping timelines are approximate and indicative. Orders may arrive earlier or later based on item availability and other factors.

  2. Delivery delays due to weather conditions, courier issues, strikes, or unforeseen events are beyond our control. We will keep you updated if such delays occur.
    Note: No refunds, returns, replacements, or exchanges will be accepted due to delivery delays.

  3. We may ship your order in multiple parts. In such cases, cancellations will only apply to unshipped items, if applicable.


📦 Product Availability

We strive to ensure that all listed products are in stock and pricing is accurate.
If an item becomes unavailable after you place your order, we will notify you within 5 working days and offer a suitable alternative or refund.


❌ Cancellations

Order changes or cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of placing the order.
Once your order is processed, we are unable to cancel it.


📍 Shipping Address Guidelines
  1. Any address changes must be informed within 24 hours of placing your order.
    No changes can be made after this window or once the package is shipped.

  2. If you wish to ship products to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each destination.

  3. Please ensure your shipping address is correct. Courier companies may charge penalties for incorrect or mismatched address details, and the customer is responsible for such charges.

  4. In case of a reshipment (due to incorrect address, failed delivery, or other reasons), re-shipping charges will apply.

  5. Ensure someone is available to receive the parcel. In some cases, delivery personnel may leave the package at the door if unattended. We are not liable for packages left unattended or without a signature.


📦 Lost in Transit

If your package is lost in transit, we wait up to 15 days to confirm the issue.
If the same item is available, we will ship a replacement. If not, we will offer you a refund or alternative product.


🌐 General Note

Courier services may be delayed due to natural disasters, national emergencies, or other unforeseen events. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such rare cases.
