Return/exchange requests are accepted only for damaged or defective items, raised within 2 days of delivery.
An unboxing video is mandatory for claims.
Customers must arrange return shipping at their own cost; up to ₹150 will be deducted towards initial shipping.
Only the product cost is refundable; shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refunds are processed within 3–4 working days via UPI or NEFT.
Domestic delivery takes 5–10 business days with a ₹100 shipping fee per product.
Order changes or cancellations are allowed within 24 hours of placing the order.
Delays due to courier issues or unforeseen events are beyond our control and are not eligible for refunds.
